HOST SHOPIFY

Our site is hosted by Shopify Inc. They are our online e-commerce platform provider which allows us to sell our products and services to you. The data about you is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. The storage of your data is on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT

SHOPIFY

Shopify will store your credit card data If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your order. All information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After your purchase transaction is complete, the information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways are coherent with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure a secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

STRIPE

If you choose to pay by credit card Stripe will receive the transaction information you fill in when you are done with your payment. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. This payment method is available in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com.
  • Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.   • Direct banking: Available in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card Payments: Available in Germany. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicate​d.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
